put together in the presence of Brazilian Pigment Red 123!
and in the sieve for sifting colors (yellow… pervades it)
the vertical axis of a brush whose bristles are also painted red
marks the center of the Circle (1982).
At that time, Origin (1982–83) prefigures the Cups (1986)
a metaphor containing each of us…
Their position follows the sign of infinity
with gold and yellow, red and blue,
black and white close to gold,
then green, black, and the color of peach blossom."
