The birth of life out of caos
"Germoglio […] becomes a visible icon of the birth of life out of chaos. A condition that in no way contradicts—on the contrary, it is comprised within—the idea that the art that gives it form has to be based on 'controlled precision, conscious penetration of the real, and exact beauty,' in the words of the Dutch philosopher and theosophist Mathieu H. J. Schoenmaekers, author in 1916 of the Beginselen der beeldende wiskunde (Principles of Visual Mathematics) . . . . An idea with which Remo Salvadori might be in full agreement."
